Welcome to The School Of Life SA – South Africa’s Top Life Skills Coaching Centre

At The School of Life SA, we believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to understand themselves, develop practical life skills, and live with confidence. Founded by Tracey Pinder, a neurodivergent coach and counsellor with over 20 years of experience, our programs support individuals navigating ADHD, autism, executive functioning challenges, emotional regulation, and life transitions. Through coaching, training, and workshops, we help people move from overwhelm and confusion to clarity, confidence, and capability.
