Self-Esteem Coaching: Age 9 – 12 Years (Six Thirty Minutes Modules)

This is a PRACTICAL and FUN interactive 3-HOUR life skills coaching program.

THIRTY-MINUTE SESSION PER WEEK FOR SIX CONSECUTIVE WEEKS.

Why Self-Esteem Matters?

  • Children feel proud of what they can do.
  • Self-esteem helps kids cope with mistakes and encourages them to try again, even if they fail at first. Consequently, self-esteem helps kids perform better at school, at home, and with friends.
  • Kids with positive self-esteem feel confident and capable. They value themselves and their abilities, taking pride in their accomplishments and striving to do their best.
  • When children are confident and secure in who they are, they are more likely to have a growth mindset rather than a fixed mindset. This means they can motivate themselves to take on new challenges, learn from mistakes, and advocate for themselves. They are also more inclined to seek help when needed.
  • The higher the self-esteem, the more children can achieve and accomplish in life!

The Modules cover the following:

  • What positive situations or moments build my self-esteem?
  • How do we build self-esteem?
  • What are my strengths?
  • What strengths do we as a group or class share?
  • How can we use our strengths to help each other?
  • How can I use my strengths to help others?
  • How can my class work together to support each other?
