About Tracey Pinder
Tracey is the founder and owner of The School of Life which was created from a vision of wanting to help others achieve their true potential where they were unable to achieve this on their own.
Tracey is a neurodiverse individual with over 20 years of experience in Counselling, Trauma de-briefing, Life Skills, Business, ADHD, NLP, Wellness and Character Education Coaching. She is a Trainer, Facilitator and Presenter.
She has dedicated her practice to uplifting individuals from all walks of life. She worked many years with the late Dr Shabeer Jeeva, a specialist child and adult psychiatrist specialising in neurodiversity.
She has personally trained over 60 Life skills coaches and leads a team of likeminded, dedicated, knowledgeable and passionate coaches who altruistically educate, equip, empower and inspire individuals by raising self-awareness, developing life skills and cultivating self-respect.

Dr Jeeva not only specialises in ADHD, but is an ADHD patient, with and ADHD child. He is a Specialist Psychiatrist, practising from the Centre for Medical Excellence at Melrose Arch and the Garden City Clinic in Johannesburg.
He was born in South Africa and studied medicine at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (1970 -1976). Dr Jeeva, trained and practiced as a Child and Adult Psychiatrist for 25 Years in Canada. In 2005 he returned to South Africa, to continue practising psychiatry. Dr Jeeva is an expert psychiatrist in ADHD (especially in Adults).

Linda has travelled extensively and keeps up-to-date on all international trends and research.
She recovered from personal trauma that took an entire year out of her life in 2008 and speaks from the heart about this harrowing experience and her courageous recovery.
