ADHD and Relationships
We all want healthy, functional, and loving relationships. Transform your relationships by starting to understand the role ADHD plays in them. Once you can identify how the symptoms are influencing your interactions you can then learn better ways of responding and not reacting. For the individual with ADHD, this means learning how to manage your symptoms. For the non-ADHD individual, this means learning how to react to frustrations in ways that encourage and motivate your partner.
