The process of presenting a life skills topic to a specific audience. It is typically a demonstration, introduction, lecture, or speech meant to inform, persuade, inspire, motivate, or to build good will or to present a new idea or product.



These talks are on subjects chosen by the Host.  They vary in time and are informative, interesting and concise to the needs of the audience.


Life Coaching

Life coaching can be a great career choice for a people’s person who is naturally empathetic. A life coach is someone who helps people move forward and reach their personal and professional goals. They do this through listening, encouraging and coaching people through specific challenges to reach certain milestones.


Life Skills Coaching

The Certified Life Skills Coach certification  prepares individuals for a career as a Life Skills Coach. A Certified Life Skills Coach assists people with making decisions about improving their personal and professional lives. Teaching them emotional intelligence skills to be the vest version of you by tapping into your potential.


ADD/ADHD Coaching

Coaching people with ADHD, guiding them, teaching them the life skills and them holding them accountable to ensure their achieve their vision and goals.


Group Skills Coaching

Would you like your leaders to solve organizational problems while building leadership skills? Group Coaching, sometimes called Action Learning, PeerCoaching, or Learning Networks is a reflective process guided by a participatory structure among a small group of individuals targeting work-related projects.


NLP Coaching

Neuro-Linguistic Programming is all about bringing about chances in perception, responsible communication and developing choices of responses or communication in the given situation.

Business Coaching

A business coach will assist and guide the businessowner in running a business by helping them clarify the vision of their business and how it fits in with their personal goals. Business coaching is a process used to take a business from where it is now to where thebusiness owner wants it to be.


Character Education Curriculum

We are developing a Character Education  curriculum.  We have our first modules ready for primary schools and high schools.  This programme we ultimately want to get into all the private and government schools in South Africa and Africa

Character Education Curriculum

The School of Life’s Character Education Curriculum is an ongoing program that is continually developing in order to offer a wide range of practical and effective skills that is on par with the latest international EQ skills standards. Our current range of modules are applicable to both primary and high school phases. This programme ultimately seeks to advance into all private and government schools in South Africa and Africa. Developing and encouraging our nation’s children to stop and think before making decisions. To think about their thinking.


This was designed to reduce and eradicate Bullying. We bully by putting others down. The higher our self-esteem the more we do. When you value yourself and have good self–esteem, you feel secure and worthwhile. You have generally positive relationships with others and feel confident about your abilities. You’re also open to learning and feedback, which can help you acquire and master new skills.

Grade 1 – 4 Building Self-esteem (Six practical lessons on 30minutes each)

This was designed to reduce and eliminate stress, worry, anxiety and depression. Stress is our emotional and physical response to pressure. You have more control of your emotions than you might think. In fact, the simple realization that you’re in control of your choices is the foundation of stress management. Managing stress is all about taking charge: of your thoughts, emotions, schedule, and the way you deal with problems.
