When you have healthy self-esteem, you feel good about yourself and see yourself as deserving of the respect of others. When you have low self-esteem, you place little value on your opinions and ideas. You might constantly worry that you aren’t good enough. You will learn to communicate assertively, identify strengths, and set goals. We focus on building the six pillars of self-esteem.

The higher your self-esteem, the more you will achieve in your life! In these sessions, we coach you on developing the six pillars of self-esteem.


  • Assertiveness in expressing your needs and opinions
  • Confidence in your ability to make decisions
  • Ability to form secure and honest relationships
  • Realistic expectations and reduced tendency to be overly critical of yourself and others
  • Increased resilience and better ability to cope with stress and setbacks

We cover the following pillars of self-esteem in the three modules:

Self-confidence is a feeling of trust in one’s abilities, qualities, and judgment. A healthy sense of self-confidence involves having a balanced view of yourself—taking pride in your abilities while recognizing your flaws. Although self-confidence can mean different things to different people, fundamentally, it means having faith in yourself.

Confidence is, in part, a result of how we have been brought up and how we have been taught. We learn from others how to think about ourselves and how to behave—these lessons affect what we believe about ourselves and others. Confidence is also shaped by our experiences and how we have learned to react to different situations.
