Procrastination: Understand Why and How to Stop!

Procrastination is the intentional and habitual postponement of an important task that should be done now. It is fostered by habit. Therefore, to stop procrastinating, you will need to break old habits and develop new ones.

During this session, you will learn to understand the causes of your procrastination and overcome it through task strategies in an environment where distractions are minimized.
