A practical, integrity-led approach to supporting different ways of thinking and learning
The School of Life SA supports adults, educators, and professionals through training, coaching, and community initiatives — helping people build understanding, develop skills, and create meaningful change.
What we’re here to do
We exist to help people better understand themselves and different ways of thinking and learning, and to move forward with practical support — without shame, pressure, or deficit-based language.
Whether you’re a teacher, parent, adult, or professional, our aim is to make the next step clearer, more manageable, and easier to take.
Our stance
- We use a strengths-based, inclusive approach that respects different ways of thinking and learning
- We focus on clarity, dignity, and practical support
- We do not use fear-based messaging or “fixing” language
- We work within clear scope and ethical boundaries
If you are unsure what type of support is right for you, we will help you clarify the most appropriate next step — including when coaching is not the right fit and another professional may be needed.

Tracey Pinder – Founder
I’m Tracey Pinder, founder of The School of Life SA. My work has been shaped over more than two decades across counselling, trauma debriefing, life skills, neurodiversity support, wellness, NLP, business coaching, and character education.
For many years, I had the privilege of working alongside the late Dr Shabeer Jeeva, a psychiatrist deeply committed to this field. That experience helped shape the values we hold today: respect, clarity, thoughtful support, and ethical practice.
A defining chapter in my journey was a personal battle with cancer. It changed how I think about balance, self-care, and the kind of mindset that works with us, not against us. That perspective continues to guide how I support others — in a way that is practical, grounded, and manageable.
I believe life is not only about getting through difficult seasons — it’s about learning how to live with steadiness and self-trust. That is the work I invite you into here.
Our work is informed by lived experience, professional training, and ongoing learning.
How we work
Clarity and structure
We keep things simple and structured so you can identify your next step without information overload.
Practical support
We focus on tools and strategies that can be applied in real life — at home, in classrooms, and in the workplace.
Ethical boundaries
We are clear about scope. Life Skills Coaching and training are not therapy, and we will refer you when another type of support is more appropriate.
Our team
The School of Life SA is supported by a network of trained and passionate practitioners and facilitators who are committed to ethical, respectful, and inclusive work. Our team brings together coaches and professionals from a range of support areas.
