Counselling for Individuals

Counseling involves assisting individuals in making necessary changes in their ways of thinking, feeling, and behaving. It’s a collaborative, goal-oriented process where a non-judgmental counselor supports the client in sharing their story, setting achievable goals, and developing strategies to accomplish them.
