Relationship Care Coaching (Six One Hour Modules)

There will be a question and answer session allocated at the end of each of these modules.

First module: Communication Skills; Communication skills: “I” statements, body language, and language style.

Second module: Becoming present with your partner; Getting a chance to speak; Using more descriptive language (emotion wheel).

Third module: Learning a new way to communicate; Fair fighting rules.

Fourth module: Replacing judgment with compassion.

Fifth module: Becoming more positive in relationships; Practicing gratitude, keeping a couple’s journal, appreciating my partner’s qualities.

Sixth module: Values and moving forward with goals.
