Leadership Coaching (Five One Hour Modules)

FIVE COACHING SESSIONS OF ONE HOUR EACH. THESE ARE THE TOPICS THAT WILL BE COVERED IN THESE SESSIONS.

SESSION 1: Becoming a Person of Influence

Practical and easy-to-apply principles for everyday life:
Managers will see their employees respond with new enthusiasm.
Parents will connect with their children on a deeper level.
Coaches will see players blossom.
Pastors will reach more people.
Salespeople will break records.

SESSION 2: Invaluable Laws of Growth

To reach your potential, you must be intentional about personal growth. This training curriculum will help you understand how personal growth works and how you can develop yourself to become a more effective and fulfilled individual. You will learn how to build your sense of purpose and become more successful in every area of your life, fulfilling your destiny.

SESSION 3: Put Your Dreams to the Test

A DREAM is an inspiring picture of the future that energizes your mind, will, and emotions, empowering you to do everything you can to achieve it. A genuine dream is a picture and blueprint of a person’s PURPOSE and POTENTIAL.

BUT WILL IT REWARD YOU?

SESSION 4: Everyone Communicates, Few Connect

If you can connect with others—one-on-one, in groups, and with an audience—your sense of community improves, your ability to create teamwork increases, and your influence skyrockets. People who connect with others have better relationships, experience less conflict, and get more things done than those who cannot connect. Leaders who have mastered the art of connection can communicate their ideas persuasively, gaining buy-in and attracting followers.

SESSION 5: Irrefutable Laws of Leadership

This is a practical manual on self-leadership. The laws are practical and applicable. Learn these laws, and people will follow you. You will be encouraged, and your ability to lead will expand. This will help leaders become more self-aware, build stronger relationships, and be more disciplined, enabling the organization to become more innovative, cost-effective, customer-driven, and personally accountable.
