Psychometric Assessment: Career Guidance

A psychometric assessment for career guidance can serve as an invaluable additional resource when making career choices. The assessment aims to highlight the different areas in which you may be best suited to work, based on personal information and the results of administered tests. It is multidimensional, using various methods to gather information to create as clear a picture as possible.

This assessment will not dictate what you should or should not do. It is intended as an informative resource to help guide your career decisions.

The process begins with you completing the intake form. Once you send it back, we will arrange an intake session. Depending on your needs, this session can last up to two hours.

During this session, my goal is to gain a deeper understanding of who you are: your interests, perceived strengths and weaknesses, passions, existing ideas about your future career, and other relevant information. This is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have.

Following the intake session, I will determine which psychometric tests are best suited to your needs. Within three days after the intake session, I will contact you to schedule a time—either morning or afternoon—that suits you to complete the tests.

Finally, I will compile a detailed report for you based on all the information gathered during our session and the results of your tests. This report will be available within 5 working days after the assessment.

We will then schedule a final career counseling session where you can review your report and we can discuss what the results mean for you.
