Self-Esteem Course

THREE MODULES OF ONE HOUR EACH

Do you want to feel better about yourself? These sessions will teach you principles and skills that will help you unlock your full potential and guide you towards a more fulfilling life. When you have healthy self-esteem, you feel good about yourself and see yourself as deserving of the respect of others. When you have low self-esteem, you place little value on your opinions and ideas. You might constantly worry that you aren’t good enough. You will learn to communicate assertively, identify strengths, and set goals. We focus on building the six pillars of self-esteem.

The higher your self-esteem, the more you will achieve in your life! In these sessions, we coach you on developing the six pillars of self-esteem.
